Big Sky Fiduciary is Jacob Troyer. I'm a Professional Fiduciary specializing in conservatorships and the administration of trusts and estates. I'm based in Billings but accept work throughout the state of Montana. When attorneys, financial advisors and other professionals need a reliable fiduciary for complex cases - contested estates, litigation support, or situations requiring immediate intervention - they need someone who understands court procedures, can handle family conflicts, and won't fold under pressure. In 2004, while still a student at Rocky Mountain College, I founded JT Media Inc, a technology and logistics company in Billings. After building it from startup to successful acquisition in 2022, I transitioned into fiduciary work with a foundation in complex problem-solving and financial management that serves me well in this field. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working alongside professionals on some of their most challenging cases - from recovering hundreds of thousands in overlooked assets to managing multi-state estates and stepping into highly contentious disputes where neutrality and steady hands made all the difference.
